Meet the guides:

Sanna Knutar has more than 1000 h of yoga studies, a long time yoga practitioner and have been teaching yoga for over 10 years. She is also a ceremonial cacao facilitator.

Eva Østhus has 800 h of yoga studies, is a breath work facilitator and a yoga teacher, in addition to being a devoted every-day yoga student and practitioner.

Together, we offer practices that harmonize body and mind, nurturing your soul. 

Caterina Lo Casto:

We’re also thrilled to feature Caterina, a talented food culture writer and cook specializing in local, organic Sicilian cuisine. As Caterina beautifully puts it, ”Food is a language that leaves imprints inside and outside us. Embrace the awareness and feel it.”

Caterina will cook delicious biological and local food for us, to nurture our bodies and caress our souls.
